• Bachelor-level degree in healthcare administration, business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of executive leadership experience in assisted living or memory care.
• Current assisted living administrator license where required by state.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership across resident care, operations, and culture.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets with accountability for outcomes.
• Coach and develop department leaders to drive performance and retention.
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and referral networks while maintaining resident experience.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and strong quality assurance across the community.
