Job summary

WellLife Network in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a staff member to maintain facility and resident files, handle telephone contracts, and provide direct service to residents across residences, day treatments, and habilitation facilities.

The role involves supervised or unsupervised contact, crisis intervention, medication management assistance, meal supervision, training in daily living activities, and travel to multiple sites as needed. A high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Secretarial experience, working with MH population preferred.
• Experience in direct care preferred.
• NewYork State driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility records and resident files (typing, filing, Xeroxing).
• Transcribe and type facility correspondence and forms.
• Answer telephone calls during shift and log messages.
• Make telephone contact and appointments as directed by supervisor.
