WellLife Network is seeking a dedicated staff coordinator to manage daily assignments and support program residents in Jamaica, NY. This role focuses on fostering independence and enhancing the quality of life for consumers, ensuring compliance with agency policies.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, experience with the developmentally disabled, and strong leadership skills. A valid NYS Driver’s license is required, and the position offers comprehensive benefits including medical insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred or education and experience.
• One to two years of experience working with the developmentally disabled.
• A valid NYS Driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staff assignments and maintain the Residence.
• Supervise DSPs daily, including training and orientation.
• Assist in training consumers in activities of daily living.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
