Job summary

WellLife Network is seeking a Residence Supervisor to assist the Residence Manager in daily operations of the residence. You will ensure consumer records are properly maintained and coordinate with day programs and outside providers.

This role involves direct care for consumers, supervising staff, and maintaining records in Avatar, including daily census and EMAR. You will participate in IDT meetings, prepare payroll and petty cash, and be on-call for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field preferred.
• Minimum associate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Residence Manager in all daily operations of the residence.
• Maintain communication with day programs and other outside service providers.
• Provide direct care for consumers and role model for staff.
• Supervise direct care staff under the Residence Manager.
• Maintain consumer records in Avatar and ensure daily census and EMAR are up to date.
• Participate in IDT meetings, case conferences, and staff trainings.
• Assist in payroll and petty cash processing bi-weekly.
• Be on-call for emergencies and coordinate recreational activities.
