Job summary

WellLife Network is seeking a dedicated individual to maintain facility and resident files, handle telephone contracts, and provide direct service to residents across residences and treatment facilities.

The role includes crisis intervention, medication management training, and supporting daily living activities, with flexibility to travel between sites. A New York State driver’s license is required and prior direct care or MH experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency diploma preferred.
• Secretarial experience and working with MH population preferred.
• Experience in direct care preferred.
• New York State driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility records and resident files, including typing and filing.
• Transcribe and type facility correspondence and forms.
• Answer telephone calls during shift and log messages.
• Make telephone contacts and appointments as directed by supervisor(s).
• Attend staff meetings and travel to other sites as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention to residents as needed.
• Monitor residents’ progress and assist in activities of daily living.
