Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of experience as a resident assistant in a senior living community or healthcare setting preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred; proficient with EHR and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs (grooming, hygiene, dressing, nutrition).
• Respond to signals via bells/intercom to determine resident needs.
• Record vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning; help with dining and activities.
