Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking a part-time Resident Assistant to support residents in maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life through personal care, companionship, and daily engagement. You will work closely with the care team to monitor health and implement individualized care plans in a warm, respectful community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience as a resident assistant within a senior living community or healthcare setting is preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and electronic health record systems as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with personal care needs (grooming, hygiene, dressing, nutrition).
• Answer signal lights, bells, or intercom to determine residents’ needs.
• Take and record vitals and intake/output as directed.
• Assist with mobility and transfers; help residents to dining areas.
• Assist with laundry and housekeeping duties and maintain a clean environment.
• Encourage participation in activities and monitor wellbeing; report concerns to the care team.
