Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is hiring a Resident Assistant/PCA in Bridgeport, West Virginia. The role focuses on providing daily living support, assisting with mobility and activities, and ensuring resident safety.

You will support housekeeping, meals, and activity participation while reporting to nursing staff and supervisors. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, completed PCA training, and CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of approved Personal Care Aide program per state regulations.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Strong verbal and written communication; organized and able to work with all levels of staff.
• Able to lift 50 lbs, push or carry 25 lbs; assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident apartments and common areas.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergencies; maintain composure.
• Assist in planning and conducting resident activity programs.
• Communicate resident status and updates to the team; support move-ins and transitions.
• Represent the community professionally and adhere to confidentiality policies.
