Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Martinsburg is seeking a Resident Assistant/PCA to provide quality care and assist residents with daily living activities. You will respond promptly to calls, report concerns to nursing staff, and help maintain a clean, safe environment.

The role supports a compassionate, client-centered team and requires adherence to policies, confidentiality, and flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Must be a contributing member of nursing team and follow instruction of supervisor.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality care and assistance with activities of daily living to residents.
• Reports incidents affecting residents to appropriate personnel.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Performs housekeeping duties as directed by supervisor.
• Responds promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Assists in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
