The role requires a high school diploma or GED, completion of an approved PCA program, good communication, physical stamina, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have completed an approved Personal Care Aide program.
• Effective verbal and written communication required.
• Able to walk/stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping in resident areas and common spaces.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergencies.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Aide move-in transitions with emotional support and coordinate with nursing staff.
