Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Residency Fellowship Program Coordinator to be the main contact for the residency program and to support compliance with ACGME requirements. You will work as part of the Education Office to understand all education programs.

Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment, handling documentation (licenses, visas, credentialing), maintaining trainee records, data collection, and scheduling rotations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years related work experience required.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access) and other web-based applications.
• May produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support and coordinates the training program.
• Works with Program Directors to maintain and prepare materials, interviews, selections, orientations, and evaluations processes.
• Coordinate compliance requirements and update program material.
• Coordinate recruitment process and facilitate application/interview selection.
• Process documentation including licenses, visas and credentialing.
• Maintain trainee records and ensure data accuracy in program databases.
• Coordinate orientations and schedule meetings, functions and special events.
• Coordinate the evaluation system to collect data and provide timely feedback.
• Serve as liaison between area hospitals for affiliation agreements.
• Assist with manuals and websites, and liaise with IS for system accessibility.
• Compile program documentation and statistics.
• Develop, communicate, and revise schedules for rotations.
