Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health admin, education, or business.
• 2 years’ residency program coordinator experience in GME.
• Knowledge of ACGME program requirements.
• Ability to interpret and apply accreditation rules.
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
• High proficiency with residency software systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative functions for residency/fellowship programs.
• Manage residents, fellows, students, and rotators for compliance.
• Develop and manage the program budget.
• Implement and oversee accreditation software systems.
• Oversee residency recruitment processes and examinations.
• Coordinate program evaluations and committees.
• Liaise with Finance for Medicare cost reporting.
