Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Program Coordinator for GME to oversee the daily operation of one or more residency programs, under supervision of the Director of the Medical Education Department and the Program Director to ensure ACGME compliance.

The role includes managing applications, site visit readiness, records in ACGME Case Log System, ERAS, and New Innovations, tracking duty hours, and coordinating trainee rotations and meetings to support program integrity.

Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Must be able to type and be comfortable using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel and learning new computer programs, and have demonstrated a high level of interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relative experience in health care/hospital environment; residency program experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrative contact for one or more residency/fellowship programs.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME requirements and prepare program updates and site-visit readiness.
• Maintain and compile records (ADS, Case Logs, Milestones, ERAS, NY/New Innovations).
• Coordinate meetings, rotation schedules, and documentation for trainee progress and program operations.
