Job summary

Lahey Clinic is seeking a Program Coordinator to support one or more residency programs. You will coordinate daily operations under supervision of the Director of the Medical Education Department and the Program Director to ensure compliance with ACGME guidelines and policies.

The role involves managing the ERAS and New Innovations databases, tracking milestones, and preparing for site visits and accreditation activities, with duties extending to recruitment and trainee evaluation.

Qualifications

• Education: HS Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in health care or hospital environment.
• Prior admin experience in managing residency programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary administrative contact for residency programs and ensures ACGME compliance.
• Manages ACGME site visit readiness, CLER visits, and annual program updates.
• Maintains ERAS, New Innovations, and ACGME Case Log records for trainees.
• Schedules meetings, tracks milestones and duty hours, and supports program director activities.
