Job summary

Bayer in the United States is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Lead to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, compliant service delivery.

Responsibilities include driving process improvements, managing master data and SAP interfaces, and coordinating with IT, Regulatory and Finance to support NDC-12 readiness and customer contracts.

Qualifications

• Currently deployed in a multi-disciplinary customer solutions role in the Bayer Pharma Division.
• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience working in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner‑managed, 3PL‑supported, or contract‑controlled supply models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, order processing, billing and cash collection.
• Coordinate third-party operations and escalate issues across operational, customer, supply and billing areas.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches of new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with logistics, account managers, sales, finance and marketing to improve customer engagement.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP and system interfaces.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory and Finance.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, dependencies and readiness reporting to PMO.
