Bayer is seeking a Program/Operations lead to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. The role focuses on reliable supply, compliant service delivery, and high customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate NDC-12 readiness by aligning data, systems, pricing, and government programs with cross-functional teams; oversee third-party operations and ensure readiness with audits and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical operations or supply chain.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments including serialized or specialty supply models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data concepts, and system interfaces (EDI/API).

Aufgaben

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including setup, billing, and cash collection.
• Support contracts, auditing inquiries and operational controls with SMEs.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and customer engagement.
• Coordinate readiness activities for NDC-12 across data, systems, pricing, and government programs.
• Maintain alignment across IT, Master Data, QA, Regulatory, Finance, and external partners.
• Lead cluster plans, track risks and progress, and report to PMO and leadership.
• Monitor industry discussions on NDC-12 to adapt Bayer's readiness approach.
