Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Lead in the US to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, ensuring efficient, compliant service delivery and strong customer satisfaction across Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolios.

You will coordinate with IT, Master Data, Regulatory and commercial teams, drive process improvements, manage 3PL relationships, and lead readiness activities for NDC-12 across data, systems and contracts.

Qualifications

• Currently deployed in a multi-disciplinary customer solutions role in the Bayer Pharma Division.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience accepted.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized, specialty, or 3PL/contract‑controlled models preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and IT design, translating regulatory/data needs into practical actions.
• Strong cross-functional coordination, communication and stakeholder management.
• Forward-thinking approach to evolving customer solutions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing and cash collection.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; SME for contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners on logistics to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal.
• Lead integrated cluster plans; manage risks, decisions, dependencies and readiness metrics.
• Maintain alignment with trade associations on NDC-12 readiness.
