Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations lead to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes in the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will ensure reliable supply, compliant service delivery, and high customer satisfaction while coordinating Data, Systems, Traceability and Government Pricing workstreams.

Work with IT, Master Data, Regulatory, and commercial teams to optimize processes, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems or related field with 5+ years experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and system integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized/specialty supply models preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API, serialization/traceability, inventory and partner operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Regulatory, Quality, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks and provide updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain Bayer’s readiness for NDC-12 with evolving external expectations.
