Job summary

Bayer is seeking a seasoned operations professional to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You will coordinate master data, SAP interfaces, pricing, and government programs to ensure compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

In this role you will drive process improvements, lead cross-functional initiatives, and maintain readiness for evolving industry expectations.

Qualifications

Master’s degree plus 5+ years in pharma or healthcare ops.
Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialization or 3PL models.
Strong SAP/ERP and master data knowledge, plus EDI/API experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, billing, and cash collection support.
Escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues with third-party ops.
Drive compliant process improvements and support new business or supply models.
Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor customer solutions.
Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across data, SAP, interfaces, and pricing.
Align requirements across IT, Regulatory, Finance, Legal, and external partners.
Lead integrated cluster plans with risk, readiness metrics and escalation paths.
