Job summary

Bayer is seeking a operations leader in the United States to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will coordinate resources, optimize processes and drive compliant service delivery while maintaining quality standards.

In this role you will lead cross-functional teams, manage master data, SAP interfaces and government pricing programs, and partner with IT, Regulatory, Finance and Sales to deliver reliable supply and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years in a customer solutions or supply chain role.
• Experience in pharma/healthcare operations and regulated environments.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP, serialization, EDI/API interfaces and data masters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including setup, billing, and cash-collection support.
• Lead process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional teams to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, pricing and government programs.
• Ensure alignment of IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
