Job summary

Bayer is seeking a qualified operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. The role requires cross‑functional collaboration, SAP proficiency, and experience in regulated environments.

You will coordinate data, systems, and pricing activities, drive process improvements, and ensure compliant service delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction and supply reliability.

Qualifications

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes.
• Experience in pharma or healthcare operations, supply chain, master data.
• Familiarity with regulated pharma environments and serialization.
• Bridge business needs with IT/system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup and billing.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support new business models.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional partners for tailored solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, SAP, pricing and programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory and Finance teams.
• Lead integrated cluster plans and manage risks with PMO updates.
• Maintain Bayer's readiness stance with industry discussions.
