Bayer is seeking an operations-focused leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate data, systems, and pricing activities to ensure reliable service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will drive process improvements, manage master data, SAP interfaces, and serialization readiness, while collaborating with account managers, sales, and finance to optimize supply

Qualifications

• Master’s degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/customer operations.
• Experience with regulated pharmaceutical environments and serialization.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP and data interfaces.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing, and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and governance across contracts, controls, and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, sales, finance, marketing) to tailor customer solutions.
