Job summary

Bayer is seeking a senior operations professional to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will coordinate across master data, SAP systems, pricing, and government programs to ensure reliable supply, compliant service delivery, and high customer satisfaction.

You will drive process improvements, lead cross-functional teams, manage project risks, and provide transparent updates to PMO and leadership, while staying aligned

Qualifications

• Requires multi-disciplinary operations experience in pharma or healthcare.
• Experience with serialized and partner-managed supply models preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, data interfaces and master data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order‑to‑Bill and Bill‑to‑Cash activities, including account setup and billing.
• Drive process improvements, support launches and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional teams to tailor solutions.
• Coordinate NDC‑12.readiness across data, systems, pricing and contracts.
• Align requirements with IT, Regulatory, Finance, Legal and partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks and report readiness.
• Engage with trade associations to reflect external expectations.
