Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations professional to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate account setup, billing, and cash-collection while ensuring compliance and quality standards.

You will drive NDC-12 readiness, coordinating data, systems, and pricing workstreams, and collaborate with IT, Master Data, and commercial teams to align requirements and deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience in pharma operations.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized/specialty supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing, reconciliation, and cash collection.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and advise on contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor solutions and strengthen cross-functional partnerships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, system interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners; manage project risks and readiness reporting.
• Stay aligned with industry discussions on NDC-12 to ensure readiness and best practices.
