Job summary

Bayer seeks a results-driven Supply Chain Operations Lead to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, efficient order processing and customer service.

You will drive NDC-12 readiness, manage master data, SAP interfaces, pricing and government programs, and partner with IT, quality, and commercial teams to optimize performance while maintaining quality and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical customer operations and supply chain.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialization or 3PL.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP and master data concepts.
• Ability to translate regulatory and system requirements into actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations at Accenture and serve as escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as a subject-matter expert for contracts, operational controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, customer operations, pricing, contracting, government pricing and special programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and standards, dependencies and controls with interfacing functions, such as IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Market Access, Legal, Compliance and external partners.
• Lead the integrated cluster plans and maintain project risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics, documentation and escalation paths, providing transparent updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions, e.g. at relevant trade associations, regarding NDC-12 implementation, ensuring Bayer's readiness approach reflects evolving external expectations and best practices.
