Job summary

Bayer in the United States is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Lead to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will coordinate resources, ensure timely order processing, billing, and cash-collection while maintaining compliance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—sales, finance, IT, and quality—to optimize processes, drive NDC-12 readiness, and implement improvements across master data, SAP interfaces, and contracts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as a subject-matter expert for contracts, operational controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, customer operations, pricing, contracting, government pricing and special programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and standards, dependencies and controls with interfacing functions, such as IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Market Access, Legal, Compliance and external partners.
• Lead the integrated cluster plans and maintain project risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics, documentation and escalation paths, providing transparent updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions regarding NDC-12 implementation, ensuring Bayer's readiness approach reflects evolving external expectations and best practices.
