Job summary

Bayer is seeking an experienced supply chain operations leader to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US, ensuring compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, maintain quality and regulatory standards, and drive readiness for NDC-12 data, systems, and pricing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a multi-disciplinary customer solutions role in pharma or healthcare.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialized, specialty, or 3PL‑supported supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, and inventory/partner operations.
• Ability to translate regulatory/data/system requirements into practical operations, testing and readiness actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order‑to‑Bill and Bill‑to‑Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third‑party operations and act as escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches and new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC‑12 impact assessments and readiness across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and external partners.
