Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations leader in the US to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash processes within the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will drive NDC-12 readiness, coordinate data, systems, traceability, and work across IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure compliant, efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Currently deployed in a multi-disciplinary customer solutions role in the Bayer Pharma Division.
• Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive or 3PL-managed supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support; oversee third-party operations at Accenture and act as escalation point.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as SME for contracts, operational controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers; strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with interfacing functions such as IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage project risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics, and provide updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation and adapt Bayer’s readiness approach to evolving external expectations.
