Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialized, specialty or 3PL‑supported models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces and serialization.
• Ability to translate regulatory/data requirements into practical operational actions.
• Excellent cross‑functional coordination and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches, acting as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor solutions and strengthen engagement with sales, finance and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, serialization and government pricing programs.
• Align dependencies and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated plans, manage risks, and provide transparent updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain Bayer readiness by following industry discussions and evolving external expectations.
