Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, ensure compliance and deliver high customer satisfaction.

This role emphasizes data, systems readiness (NDC-12), and governance across IT, Master Data, Regulatory, and Finance, with transparent PMO updates. Requires Master’s degree and 5+ years in pharma operations.

Qualifications

• Multidisciplinary customer solutions role in Bayer Pharma Division.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments; serialized/specialty supply models preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization/traceability, inventory and partner operations.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design across IT and business functions.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as a SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with interfacing functions such as IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with risk management, readiness metrics, and PMO updates.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation.
