Job summary

Bayer is seeking an experienced supply chain operations lead to manage Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities in the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. You will coordinate data, systems, traceability and customer programs while ensuring compliant service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing third-party ops, implementing process improvements, and aligning cross-functional requirements with IT, regulatory, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner‑managed, 3PL‑supported, or contract‑controlled supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including onboarding, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as SME for contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to develop tailored customer solutions, and coordinate with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing.
