Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations lead to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You will coordinate resources, ensure compliant processes, and drive readiness across data, systems, and government pricing.

You will collaborate with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, and external partners to enable efficient order management and billing, while improving processes and supporting new business models.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, IS or related field with 5+ years of experience, or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and system integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized/specialty/3PL models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP and master data management.
• Ability to translate regulatory and data requirements into actionable actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; act as SME for contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain to develop tailored customer solutions; maintain partnerships with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, system interfaces, pricing, and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls across IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Legal and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with risk, readiness metrics, and PMO reporting.
• Maintain Bayer’s readiness approach in line with industry discussions.
