Job summary

Bayer is hiring for a Supply Chain Operations role in the US, overseeing Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner‑managed, 3PL‑supported, or contract‑controlled supply models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design across IT and business functions, translating regulatory and data needs into actionable readiness actions.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management across levels of seniority.
• Forward-thinking approach to evolving customer solutions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and serve as escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as SME for contracts, controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with interfacing functions such as IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and Commercial.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage project risks and provide transparent updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation and external expectations.
