Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• “Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience” option is acceptable.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner‑managed, 3PL‑supported, or contract‑controlled supply models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design across IT and business functions, by transferring complex regulatory, data and system requirements into practical operational actions.
• Skilled in dependency management, testing coordination, and readiness reporting.
• Strong cross‑functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Forward‑looking approach to evolving customer solutions in a dynamic environment.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and serve as escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and advise on contracts and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Cultivate relationships with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing, contracting and special programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and standards with interfacing functions such as IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Legal and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage project risks and provide transparent updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation.
