Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will drive readiness activities across data, systems, traceability and customer programs, coordinating with IT, regulatory, pricing and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree + 5+ years in a relevant field; or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and with serialized/specialty/temperature-sensitive/3PL operations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing and cash collection support; oversee third-party ops as escalation point.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models; advise on contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to tailor solutions for customers; build relationships with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing, government pricing and special programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Legal and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, track risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics and escalation paths; report to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 and evolving external expectations.
