Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Knowledge of regulated pharmaceutical environments and serialization requirements.
• Strong ability to bridge business and IT requirements and coordinate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, billing, and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional partners to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, interfaces, and pricing.
• Align requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks, and report readiness metrics.
