Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations professional to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You will coordinate data, systems, and government pricing workstreams, ensure compliant processes, and lead cross-functional teams to optimize delivery and service.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments with serialized or specialty models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, and data interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing, and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, launches and new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations for tailored solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing, and government programs.
• Align requirements across IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with risk, dependencies, readiness metrics, and PMO updates.
• Maintain Bayer readiness by engaging with trade associations and external expectations.
