Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations expert to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for US Hematology and Specialty Pharma, ensuring reliable supply and high customer satisfaction. You will drive NDC-12 readiness, coordinate data, systems, and pricing workstreams, and partner with IT, Regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure compliant service delivery.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process improvements, and readiness reporting in a dynamic, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years in pharma or healthcare operations.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and serialized / specialty supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP and data master concepts.
• Ability to translate regulatory/data requirements into operational actions.
• Experience coordinating IT and business functions for readiness reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, billing, and cash collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support new business/supply models.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional teams to tailor customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans and manage risks, decisions and readiness metrics.
• Engage with industry discussions to keep Bayer's readiness approach up-to-date.
