Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant field with 5+ years of experience or equivalent
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare operations and supply chain
• Experience in regulated environments and serialized supply models

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, order processing, billing, and cash collection
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to develop tailored solutions for customers
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP interfaces, serialization, and pricing
• Align requirements with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory and Finance functions
• Lead integrated cluster plans with risk, dependency, readiness, and escalation tracking
• Maintain readiness as per industry discussions and external expectations
