Job summary

Bayer in the United States is seeking a supply chain operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will coordinate resources, optimize processes, ensure quality and compliance, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable service.

The role requires a Master’s degree with 5+ years of pharmaceutical operations experience, SAP/ERP expertise, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with relevant experience in a regulated pharma environment.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive or contract-managed supply models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design across IT and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities (account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation, cash collection).
• Escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues with third-party operations.
• Drive compliant process improvements and act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor solutions for customers.
