Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field; 5+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent Bachelor’s degree with experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner-managed, 3PL-supported, or contract-controlled supply models.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and act as escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and advise on contracts, operational controls and audits.
