Job summary

Bayer is seeking an experienced supply chain operations leader in the US to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will ensure compliant service delivery, manage third-party operations, and drive readiness across data, systems, and cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years in a relevant field or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain and systems integration
• Familiarity with regulated pharma environments and serialized/specialty supply models
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, data and interface technologies
• Ability to translate regulatory/data requirements into operational actions

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash with third-party operations oversight
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches/new business models
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor customer solutions
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization and pricing
• Ensure alignment with IT, Regulatory, Finance and Commercial functions
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks and escalate to PMO
