Job summary

Bayer seeks an operations professional to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US market. You will ensure reliable supply, compliant service delivery and strong customer satisfaction while driving NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, and pricing workstreams.

You will align with IT, Master Data, QA, Regulatory and Finance, lead cluster plans, and escalate risks to PMO.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Experience in regulated pharma environments and with serialized, temperature-sensitive supply models.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization, inventory and partner operations.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design across IT and business functions.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup and billing.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches / new business models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align requirements and controls with IT, Quality, Regulatory and Finance.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with risk, decisions and readiness metrics.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation.
