Job summary

Bayer is seeking an experienced operations leader in the US to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio, ensuring reliable supply and high customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate data, systems, pricing and government programs, collaborating with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and Commercial teams to drive readiness and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty or 3PL operations is preferred
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical design across IT and business functions, including regulatory and data requirements
• Excellent cross‑functional coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Forward-thinking approach to evolving customer solutions in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing and cash-collection support
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business models; serve as SME for contracts, controls and audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations; build strong relationships with account managers, sales, finance and marketing
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP and system interfaces, pricing and government programs
• Align cross-functional requirements with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory and external partners
• Lead integrated cluster plans; manage risks, decisions, dependencies and readiness metrics for PMO and leadership
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 readiness and external expectations
