Bayer is seeking an operations leader to manage Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will ensure reliable supply, compliant service delivery, and high customer satisfaction by coordinating data, systems, and pricing programs.

You will work with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to drive process improvements, readiness, and risk management in a dynamic, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare operations, supply chain, and systems integration.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP, serialization, and partner operations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches and new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in logistics and supply chain to tailor solutions for customers.
