Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operations leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for Hematology and Specialty Pharma in the US. You will coordinate across IT, regulatory, finance, and commercial teams to ensure reliable supply and compliant service delivery, driving NDC-12 readiness and process improvements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with account managers, sales, and operations to optimize workflows while maintaining quality and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations and supply chain.
• Familiar with regulated pharma environments and serialized/specialty supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities from account setup to cash-collection support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across data, systems, pricing, and government programs.
• Lead risk, dependencies, and readiness reporting for PMO and leadership.
• Ensure compliance and readiness in line with industry discussions and external expectations.
