Job summary

Bayer is seeking an experienced supply chain operations professional in the US market to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for Hematology and Specialty Pharma. You will coordinate data, systems and contracts, drive process improvements and ensure compliant service delivery.

You will collaborate with account managers, sales, finance and regulatory teams to optimize performance, maintain quality, and support readiness for evolving pricing and government programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and serialized or partner-managed supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Act as SME for contracts, operational controls and audits; drive compliant process improvements.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments across master data, SAP, serialization and pricing.
• Align cross-functional requirements with IT, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans, manage risks and provide transparency to PMO and leadership.
