Qualifications

• Currently deployed in a multi-disciplinary customer solutions role in the Bayer Pharma Division.
• 5+ years of relevant experience (or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience).
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner‑managed, 3PL‑supported, or contract‑controlled supply models is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP and data interfaces, serialization or traceability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as a SME for contracts, operational controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, pricing and government programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and standards with IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Legal and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans and maintain project risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics, documentation and escalation paths.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions regarding NDC-12 implementation and Bayer’s readiness.
