Job summary

Bayer is seeking an operational leader to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash in the US Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. The role ensures reliable supply, compliant service delivery and strong customer satisfaction while coordinating data, systems, traceability and government pricing programs.

You will lead cross-functional activities across IT, master data, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and commercial teams, driving readiness and engagement with external partners and trade

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments and with serialized, specialty, temperature‑sensitive, partner‑managed, 3PL‑supported, or contract‑controlled supply models.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Act as SME for contracts, operational controls and audits; drive compliant process improvements and new business or supply models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on logistics and supply chain to develop tailored customer solutions; build strong relationships with account managers, sales and finance.
