Job summary

Bayer is seeking a supply chain operations leader in the US portfolio, overseeing Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash to ensure reliable service delivery and compliant processes. You will coordinate data, systems, traceability, and customer programs while collaborating with IT, master data, quality, regulatory and commercial teams.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, regulatory readiness, and continuous process improvement to support Hematology and Specialty Pharma.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation, and cash-collection support.
• Maintain oversight of third-party operations and serve as escalation point for operational, customer, supply and billing issues.
• Drive compliant process improvements and support launches and new business or supply models; act as SME for contracts, controls and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain to develop tailored solutions; strengthen relationships with account managers, sales, finance and marketing.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness across master data, SAP, system interfaces, serialization, pricing, contracting and government pricing.
• Align requirements and controls with interfacing functions such as IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Legal and external partners.
• Lead integrated cluster plans with risk, readiness metrics, documentation and escalation paths for PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions on NDC-12 implementation and Bayer readiness.
